  The process of   induction hardened bar   can enhance the mechanical properties of ferrous and alloy components in a specific part. Typically, the material of doing induction hardening includes  CK45 , 20MnV6,  4140  and 4340. First, the piston rod will be put into a copper coil, and it’s heated by alternating current. Then, the outer surface of the  cylinder piston rod  will be heated to a temperature above the transformation range.
