 ISO H8 Cylinder tube is a cold-drawn steel tube, steel grade ST52 , in accordance with DIN 2391 HONED with ISO-tolerance range H8 on the internal diameter. Basic material for manufacturing welded hydraulic cylinders particularly suitable for the industrial, mobile and special applications sector.

Honing process Of H8 Cylinder Tube
* machining the internal surface of the tube to a precise diameter and surface finish
*  using a honing stone to remove material and achieve the desired surface finish 
* Resulting in a smooth , cylindrical internal surface with a surface finish of Ra 0.2 – 0.4um ( micro – inches)

  Most of the hydraulic cylinder is composed of a cylinder, cylinder head, piston and  piston rod  and sealing device.
