THE APPLICATION OF DIN2391 ST52.4 PRECISION HYDRAULIC STEEL TUBE

 ST52.4 Hydraulic steel tubes  are tubes made in accordance to DIN 2391 / DIN 2445. ST52.4 is a high grade steel material, it can withstand higher working pressure with same tube OD size compare to ST37.4 material. 

The delivery condition for grade ST52.4 tubes are in NBK finishing, which is normalized, phospated, and oiled inside and outside. Hydraulic tubes ST52.4 are measured by Outer Diameter (OD) and in varies tube thickness (THK). Difference of OD and tube thickness lead to different working pressure.

ST52.4 Precision Hydraulic tube is used in a variety of industries, including oil and gas, waterjet cutting, food processing, petrochemical/chemical, and many others for fluid handling.

 Oil and gas: The oil and gas industry has many uses for high pressure stainless steel tubing. In the field, high-pressure tubing is used for down-hole control systems, hydraulic and pneumatic piping, chemical injection modules, vacuum systems, and much more.
Chemical/petrochemical:  High pressure hydraulic steel tubing in the petrochemical industry regularly carries chemicals and other hazardous fluids that could harm equipment and personnel if improperly handled. High-pressure stainless-steel coned and threaded tubing is used to make safe connections.
Food processing:  High-Pressure Stainless-Steel tubing is used in high pressure food processing lines.
