 Stainless steel cylinder rods are precision machined from 303/304 stainless steel to provide excellent performance even in harsh environments. Common applications include food processing, chemical, medical, pharmaceutical and other corrosive environments.

  • Piston rods are hard chrome plated, ground and polished stainless steel.
  • 316 stainless steel is available as an option.
  • Stainless steel multi-stage and triple rod cylinders are available.

Stainless steel piston rod has high corrosion resistance, strength and wear resistance to keep high-efficiency operation. It can be applied to the circumstances subject to oxidization.

  ST52.4 Hydraulic steel tubes   are tubes made in accordance to DIN 2391 / DIN 2445. ST52.4 is a high grade steel material, it can withstand higher working pressure with same tube OD size compare to ST37.4 material.  The delivery condition for grade ST52.4 tubes are in NBK finishing, which is normalized, phospated, and oiled inside and outside.
